Dharmen Dhulla is a global technology leader with expertise in blockchain, architecture, distributed systems, NFT, metaverse, microservices, cloud, integrations, and platforms. With over 18 years of experience in business technology leadership, he has worked with Tech Mahindra, IBM, and Oracle. Dharmen is recognized for his innovative approach to cloud, architecture, enterprise blockchain solutions, ERP, and large-scale execution. He has been instrumental in major digital transformations involving cost reductions, efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage to Fortune 500 firms. Dharmen's primary area of expertise is in enterprise integration, enterprise architecture, business process automation, and re-engineering. He has a deep understanding and hands-on experience in architecture, design, and building hybrid cloud and native cloud applications. He possesses wide technical expertise across blockchain (Hyperledger Fabric, Sawtooth, Indy, Corda, Ethereum, IOTA), database, cryptography, ZKP, web applications, Kubernetes, cloud (Azure, IBM, GCP, AWS), SOA, performance tuning, data warehousing, and business intelligence areas besides in-depth functional domain knowledge in supply chain, finance, and manufacturing. He is also an expert in Oracle EBusiness Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications. Dharmen has marshaled Tech Mahindra's team to design and implement India's largest permissioned blockchain network to combat Unsolicited Commercial Calls (UCC) or Spam for all telecom subscribers based on TRAI UCC regulation. He has conceptualized a roadmap and implemented Blockchain PAAS offering on Cloud for the largest internet services and products company. He has also developed platforms for Port to Store, Contracts and Rights management, Source to Pay, Trade Finance, Shared Economy, accelerators for Blockchain Network setup, and integrations with conventional systems. Dharmen is currently working as a Partner and CTO at assetcues. He has previously worked as a Global Technology Lead - Blockchain Unit and Senior Solutions Architect - Blockchain COE at Tech Mahindra. He holds an MBA with a passion to develop and grow technical leadership talent through mentoring, coaching, and retention strategies. He is also the co-founder of DCentrum community, which is focused on evangelizing enterprise blockchain. Dharmen is a technical editor for books and a regular speaker at technical seminars on these areas.
