He has launched 40+ reporting tools for leadership, product, and operation teams around critical support metrics to gain business insights and actionable data. He has also launched a cost portal to measure and improve the operation's efficiency across 6 support channels and developed a product to analyze the cost trends on top contact drivers for hardware products to increase the efficiency of the operation and improve the products. Dharmendra holds an MBA from Jiwaji University, a BS from Jiwaji University, and an MCA from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences.
