Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Product Management at BYJU'S, a leading edtech company in India. Prior to joining BYJU'S, Dharmesh has held leadership positions at some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including Amazon, Uber, Rentomojo, and CarDekho. At CarDekho, he led a 45-member product and UX team for new and used car businesses. During his tenure at Rentomojo, he achieved a 40% increase in conversion rate via a revamped mobile experience, a new KYC funnel, and other initiatives. He also increased 3-month retention from 87% to 94% and 6-month retention from 75% to 82% (pre-COVID). Dharmesh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
