Dharmit Prajapati is a Computer Science graduate student and a Software Engineer with 3 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Teaching Assistant for IFT 202: Foundations of Information and Computer System Security at Arizona State University. He has previously worked as a Software Engineer for UBS and Visa, where he automated complex Service Request Management processes and designed various modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management within ServiceNow using Java, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Dharmit is proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, and C, and has experience working with web technologies/frameworks like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP CodeIgniter, Angular, Node.js, REST/SOAP API, and Android. He has also worked with databases/tools like MySQL, SQLite, SQL, PostgreSQL, Apache Spark, Scala, Git, and ServiceNow. During his tenure at UBS, Dharmit worked on various modules like Notification, Service Request Management, Walk-up, and Advanced Work Assignment. He was also the Development Lead for a successful ServiceNow platform upgrade from NewYork Patch 5 to Quebec Patch 5. Dharmit has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI). He has also completed his H.S.C in Science Stream from K.J. Somaiya Junior College and S.S.C from St. Pius X High School. Dharmit is currently looking for a Software Developer/Servicenow Developer Intern role to upskill himself and gain more industry experience. His proficiency in software engineering, web development, and ServiceNow make him a valuable addition to any team.
