Dharshini Sethuraman is a highly skilled Business Analyst with close to 5 years of experience in Business analysis, Requirement gathering, User Story Writing, Agile Methodologies and Stakeholder management. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner who has a proven track record of working in the US Healthcare and Insurance Banking industries. Currently working at Incubyte as a Business Analyst, Dharshini is responsible for leading monthly validated agile releases, consisting of multiple sprints, and managing timelines while communicating performance, issues, risks, and mitigations to technology and business leaders. She is also driving and implementing agile best practices with a focus on continuous improvement. Prior to her current role, Dharshini worked as a Business Analyst at Software AG where she gained extensive experience working with a US-based healthcare giant and a pan-Asian life insurance group. She was accountable for a healthy system backlog, driving value-focused requirements, writing requirements in Behavioral Driven Development format, and driving Human Centered Design. She conducted highly complex level analysis on projects including mapping of customer’s business processes, modeling business requirements, and creating requirements documentation(BRD) for new system development projects and product ideas. Dharshini holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from PES and completed her 12th Grade/High School education in Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Biology from Christ Junior College. She also completed her High School education from St Thomas Public School.
