Currently, she is a Software Engineer in the eServices squad at NatWest Group, where she is responsible for maintaining and modernizing chat and email channels across all business units at Fidelity Investments. Dheepiha has a strong background in AWS, Java, Selenium, Spring Boot, Javascript, Sentiment Analysis, P2P, Web, NLP, Jenkins, Microservices, and Integration. She is an AWS Certified professional and has worked on implementing chat services using AWS cloud. She has also worked on automation using Selenium and Cucumber Serenity. Prior to her current role, Dheepiha worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments, where she gained valuable experience in software engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (Sastra), Thanjavur.
