Dheeraj is a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist, Software Developer, and Research Scientist with a strong background in NLP and machine learning. He is currently working as a Data Scientist at Cronycle, where he manages the topic and tagging pipeline that handles the data flow in Right Relevance and Cronycle systems. He is responsible for transforming raw Twitter data into meaningful experts and influencers tagged with the associated communities. Additionally, he has created Python scripts that mine dbpedia data to create an index of Wikipedia records and wrote a Twitter matcher that matches those records with their respective Twitter handles using NLP. Dheeraj has previously worked as a Software Engineer at American Express, where he led and created a system called CATCH that uses calls between clients and customer care executives or call transcripts as input and categorizes the call into the Amex call quality standards. He used NLP to manipulate and transform the data into machine input format and then used a stack of Random Forest with XGBoost to classify the call. He also used bi-dir LSTM to predict those words that were not correctly converted by the speech-to-text system. Dheeraj has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering (now known as DTU) and has completed his schooling from Symboyzia School, Agra. He has a strong tech stack that includes Data Science, Research Science, Software Engineering, NLP, Javascript, Python, XGBoost, Random Forest, ML, MongoDB, Elastic Search, and Django.
