Dheeraj Gupta is a self-motivated and results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in the travel and tourism industry. Currently working at Krishify, he is focused on improving the customer experience by automating post-booking functionality and reducing the turnaround time for customer grievances. At Krishify, Dheeraj has independently identified significant opportunities to improve top-of-the-funnel, check-out, and post-order operations, and built consensus around roadmaps and how to evaluate success. He has successfully carried out payment gateway integration with Razorpay and Paytm, leading to a 20% increase in prepaid order conversion. He has also improved overall communication of the Krishify app, thereby reducing customer queries/orders from 0.70 to 0.40. Dheeraj has improved high-level business metrics by reducing RTO, Return and Exchange %, identified poor-performing vendors, and led the integration for Payout Solutions with Paytm and Cashfree, completely removing manual interventions. Previously, Dheeraj worked as an Associate Product Manager at Bulbul and a Deputy Product Manager at Yatra. At Bulbul, he worked towards the vision of improving customer experience by automating the post-booking functionality and reducing TAT for customer grievances. He also designed UX and flow for the user account deactivation, automated the auto-refund process in cancellation and rescheduling flow, and automated the claim-refund flow, among other achievements. At Yatra, Dheeraj certified the whole project while moving the project to a completely new technology stack from jQuery to AngularJS, monitored server logs on a daily basis to improve application and customer experience, and used SQL and Adobe Analytics to pull data. Dheeraj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute Kanpur, as well as certificates in Senior School Certificate Examination (XII) and Secondary School Examination (X). He is proficient in product management, testing, SQL, research, integration, UI design, and AngularJS.
