Dheeraj Jha is an experienced software engineer currently working as a Software Engineer L4 at Uber. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he specializes in mobile development for iOS using technologies such as Swift, Coredata, UIKit, and SwiftUI. He is also proficient in C++, Node.js, and MongoDb. In his current role at Uber, Dheeraj is a part of the Rider Growth Engineering Team, where he is responsible for optimizing the new user signup experience and login flows. He also runs experiments to improve the overall rider experience. He has been recognized for his contributions to the team and was a winner at the Mobility + Rider hackathon in 2021. Before joining Uber, Dheeraj worked as a Member of Technical Staff at PhonePe, where he was involved in the development of domestic, international, and Covid insurance products from scratch.
