Dheeraj Khandare is a highly skilled Software Scrum Master with over 8 years of experience in software testing and 3 years of experience in leading and managing teams in AGILE. He is a SAFE AGILE Scrum Master and CSM certified, with excellent exposure to working in agile environments. Dheeraj possesses good analytical and management skills, and also holds an ISTQB Foundation Level Certification. Dheeraj has a strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), as well as good knowledge of testing processes, test tools, and the creation and understanding of testing artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and test scripts. He is currently working as a Software Scrum Master at Rockwell Automation. Dheeraj holds a Master's Degree in Computer Application from Savitribai Phule Pune University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Management. He also has a background in Mathematics and Biology, having completed his HSC from Savitribai Phule Pune University and his SSC from Maharashtra State Board.
