Dheeraj Kotwani is a third-year Information Technology Engineering student at JSS Academy Of Technical Education, Noida, who is passionate about technology and self-taught programming. He is currently working as an SDE Intern at Zomato, where he is building stuff with Kotlin. Dheeraj loves to build Android applications and is currently focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms. He has worked on various applications, including CineWatch, Github Visualizer, NewsUp, Git Cheat Sheet, and Hack Covid-19, all available on his Github profile. Dheeraj has relevant experience of 1.36 years and has worked with various organizations. He has worked as an Android Developer at Developer Student Clubs JSSATEN, where he trained thousands of student developers globally and worked with their communities to solve real-life problems. As an Android Lead at DSC JSS, his responsibilities included evaluating member's skills and knowledge regularly, providing hands-on training and mentoring to individuals with lagging skills, conducting and facilitating workshops and hands-on sessions on Android Development and other topics, delivering superior training and leadership to the team to boost performance and help team members achieve performance targets, designing a strategic plan for component development practices to support future projects, instructing junior team members on protocols and procedures of each station to maximize contributions, engaging in professional networking to maintain strong relationships with communications and media professionals to drive partnerships and effective dissemination of mass communications, and fostering collaborative efforts to schedule, host and facilitate events and identify further opportunities to reach members of the community. Dheeraj has also worked as a Codechef JSSATEN Chapter Executive Lead at Codechef JSSATEN Chapter, where he evaluated member's skills and knowledge regularly, provided hands-on training, workshops, and mentoring to individuals with lagging skills, delivered superior training and leadership to the team to boost performance and help team members achieve performance targets, conducted contests and doubt clear sessions related to Competitive Programming for the peers of their college, and helped students to get started with Competitive Programming and provided a proper Roadmap to get started with it. Dheeraj has a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Information Technology from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. He also has an Intermediate degree in PCM from Buddha Public School, Bahraich.
