Dheeraj Thunoli is a highly skilled Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in product design and development. He is currently working at BookMyShow, where he is focused on building the best experience for live entertainment consumption in India. Dheeraj is passionate about problem-solving and gets a dopamine rush from analyzing problems and the solutions people have come up with. Prior to joining BookMyShow, Dheeraj founded a product design and development agency called L8 N8 Labs, where he shipped more than 20 digital products with a team strength of 10 engineers. He was responsible for restructuring the company's service wing under three main offerings, which helped the brand reach the right markets and resulted in increased project inflow. Dheeraj also built an adaptable Product Execution Framework (Vu Jade) that connected everything from design and development to QA. Dheeraj has a strong background in software development and has worked as a System Engineer at TCS, where he developed modules for an application in C# to schedule and manage the client's internal Board Meetings. He also led a team of two developers and three support engineers, which provided production support to more than 15 financial services applications and developed all related enhancements. At BookMyShow, Dheeraj has led several successful projects, including launching the online streaming experience in 25 days as a response to the pandemic situation. He also revamped the core ticketing system, reducing the turnaround time for taking an event live on the platform from 20 minutes to 5 minutes. Dheeraj has a strong skill set that includes requirements analysis, framing minimum viable products, mapping user journeys, sketching wireframes, and design-tech team collaboration. Dheeraj holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Chengannoor. He is proficient in several technologies, including product management, product design, testing, QA, Android, and web. Dheeraj is an excellent communicator and has experience working with clients, leading SCRUM meetings, and providing user training.
