He implemented features like IP audit, redundancy preservation in SAEGW, and debugged and fixed complex field issues related to memory leak. Dhiman also analyzed real-time issues raised from the field by the operator (Reliance JIO). Dhiman holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Heritage Institute of Technology, where he completed his education from 2009 to 2013.
