In the past, Dhiman worked as a Software Engineer Intern - Backend at Groww, where he achieved "outstanding performance" and became one of the first interns to earn the Pre-Placement Offer. He was responsible for influencing almost every merchant and consumer payments service from ideation to development, maintenance, and load testing. He also added comprehensive documentation of every milestone, issue, and their resolutions, which others in his team can follow. Apart from his work at Groww, Dhiman works as a freelancer on sites like Fiverr and Upwork for various national and international clients. He has received 5-star ratings from every single client. Dhiman has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
