Dhiraj Daga is a Half Scientist-Half Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in Research Science, Data Science, Computer Vision, AI, and Deep Learning. He is a passionate learner who loves to solve challenging problems and is always curious to learn new things. Dhiraj started his career in a startup where he collaborated on a few proof-of-concept projects for major broadcasters in India, US, and Germany. He implemented AI tools on a cloud platform to make their existing data more useful. Later, he joined the Computer Vision Lab at Wipro as a researcher and deepened his understanding of Convolution Neural Networks and Deep Learning in general. Currently, Dhiraj is leading the Computer Vision Team at Tarento Group, where he is learning how to write code that is not only functional but also expressive. He has also worked as a Senior AI Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Tarento Group, where he solved the problem of Document Structure Recognition for project Anuvaad. Dhiraj has a strong educational background, with an Integrated M. Tech degree in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. He has a Tech Stack that includes Research Scientist, Data Scientist, Computer Vision, AI, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Software Engineer. Currently, Dhiraj is working as a Senior Data Scientist at Walmart, where he is responsible for Core Services Item and Supply Chain Tech. He is an excellent team player and has a passion for delivering high-quality work.
