Prior to founding FutureAnalytica, Dhiraj worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Praxidia, a leading market research company specialized in predicting customer behavior and modeling customer journey through cutting-edge analytics and proprietary customer effort score measurements. He also worked as a Predictive Analytics Leader at Teleperformance, where he led and grew the data science and machine learning team while prioritizing initiatives to ensure business delivery. He delivered predictive solutions for customer retention, anti-fraud, customer up-sell, and acquisition to global clients. He also led teams to identify problems in different areas where data mining, machine learning, and statistics can help. Dhiraj holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from GGSIPU, where he completed his degree in 2011. He is skilled in AI, data science, research science, and machine learning and has a strong passion for making AI simple enough for just about anyone to benefit from it.
