Dhiraj Sharma is a highly skilled Big Data Engineer at Reliance Jio, with over 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Big Data. He is a passionate developer who is always eager to work on new technologies and open-source projects. His expertise lies in Python, Docker, Machine Learning, Data Science, and MERN stack development projects, most of which are open-sourced. Dhiraj has a strong background in electronics and telecommunication, having completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Army Institute of Technology, College of Engineering, Pune. He also has a Science degree from Army Public School Bolarum. Dhiraj has worked with top global companies, including Schlumberger, where he is currently working as an Associate Data Engineer. He has also been a Software Engineer Intern at LF Networking, where he was amongst the top 11 selected developers globally. At LF Networking, he worked on Software Defined Networking Tool i.e OpenDaylight, where he built JSON payloads of NETCONF, OPENFLOWPLUGIN protocols using REST API and Python, and used OVS switches, mininet, netconf simulator for development. He also worked on migration of wiki contents for Controller, MDSAL, and other protocols based on Software Defined Networking. Dhiraj has also worked at Digital Persistent System as a Full Stack Developer Intern, where he built a Full Stack SEO blogging platform using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js with Live user comments and multiple blog editing, saving draft blogs. He also created Admin and User profiles that provided options to add their profile pictures and integrated a styling code editor to attach images, YouTube videos, and local machine videos or images as well. He integrated secured Signup using send grid and built the backend using Mongodb, REST APIs. In addition, Dhiraj has worked as an SDE-Intern at Linux Foundation in 2020 and as an SDE-Intern at European Space Agency in 2019. He has also mentored GSoC 2019 & GCI 2018.
