Dhishan Rajshekhar is a dedicated and self-motivated individual who is passionate about pursuing excellence in all aspects of his life. With a triple major in Economics, Media Studies, and Political Science from Christ University, he holds leadership positions both in class and across the campus. Dhishan has headed some of the most phenomenal fests of Christ University, showcasing his leadership and innovative skills. Dhishan's expertise spans multiple dimensions of entrepreneurship, building teams, strategy, recruitment, human resources, and leadership in companies, primarily start-ups. He has worked with multiple start-ups backed by globally renowned venture capitalists. His work has gained immense commendation mainly in leading teams in recruitment, sourcing, human resources management, general management, marketing, and partnerships. Currently, Dhishan is working as a Program Mentor in the Policy and Operations team at the MP's Office. He is leading teams for ideation and execution of events in collaboration with various companies. He is also mentoring the candidates for the Youth Can Lead Program, handling end-to-end operations for the entire initiative. Dhishan has also worked as an Academic Mentor & Private Tutor at UrbanPro, where he taught and mentored over 800 students in the ages of 6-32 covering school academics, pre-university syllabi, and university curricula. He introduced innovative methods of teaching to educate students about public speaking, theory of knowledge, analytical and logical reasoning skills, and quantitative methods among other disciplines. Dhishan's experience at such a young age has brought him immense knowledge and recognition. With a hope to work for revolutionizing the country and the world, he continues to dream about reaching for the stars. He has also participated in various programs such as VPE Participant '21 at Harvard Business School, Start-Up School at Y Combinator, and Google Start-Up School 2022 at Google pour les pros. Dhishan's tech stack includes Research Scientist and infra, and he has relevant experience of 4.86 years.
