She has a strong background in recruiting for Engineering & Product Org, social recruiting, new initiatives, organizational development, and consulting. Throughout her career, Dhritiparna has played a crucial role in the development and scaling of several hyper-growth technology companies. She partners with engineering leaders across organizations to drive customer success through best practices of recruiting and helps maximize their employment brand. With strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven analytical approach, she is adept at process streamlining, redefinition, and improvement. Currently, Dhritiparna is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Zendrive, where she has built and set up the Talent Acquisition Strategy. She is a trusted advisor to the leadership team and drives branding initiatives to attract top talent for Zendrive India. She is also leading the global L&D initiatives at Zendrive. Prior to joining Zendrive, Dhritiparna worked at Ola as a Staffing Manager for Engineering & Product, where she led and managed the staffing team in engineering and product to work collaboratively across all business units. She was involved in hiring strategies and planning with the business stakeholders at all levels and led the product leadership hiring for CTOs office. She also managed the entire campus hiring for Batch 2017 and Batch 2018.
