Dhruv Agarwal is an accomplished ICT professional with over 13 years of experience in IT services and product domains. He has a proven track record in Agile project management, software design and development, consulting, re-engineering, quality assurance, implementation, and product delivery. Dhruv is currently working as General Manager - Technology & Strategy at MPS Limited, where he is responsible for leading and managing onshore and offshore resource pools of 25 plus resources. Dhruv has worked with various global customers and operators, and cross-functional teams, providing IT services & telecom consulting, business strategy, stakeholder management, process design & implementation, and delivery control. He has technical capabilities and professional knowledge of telecom network security & VoLTE domain. In his previous role as Senior Technical Lead & Scrum Master at Mobileum, Dhruv was responsible for driving roaming settlement processes through Blockchain and Automation. He also handled the Technical Project Manager role for Roaming Solutions programs for American, European, and Oceania markets. Prior to that, Dhruv worked as a Solution Architect for Verizon and AT&T US customers, leading the Telco Security domain of Mobileum Inc. Dhruv has also worked with Paytm and Bharti Telesoft in the software development domain. He has worked on various projects, including the design and development of a network platform for all the voice applications for various operators and SMSC/Missed Call Application development. Dhruv has an MBA (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Communications & Computer Engineering from The LNM Institute of Information Technology.
