He built the backend and machine learning components to provide a fast, relevant, and personalized experience to the users. His work was published in top-tier conferences, which is a testament to his exceptional skills and expertise. Dhruv holds an MS degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from GGSIPU. He completed his schooling from Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan. As the CTO of DeepConverse, Dhruv is responsible for building a low code AI + automation platform that helps businesses automate and scale their customer conversations.
