Dhruv Bhanushali is a highly skilled software engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. With almost 4 years of relevant experience, Dhruv has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Currently working as a Project Maintainer at Creative Commons, Dhruv has contributed significantly to the transition of Vocabulary to Bulma. He has collaborated with design and development teams and identified and executed major upgrades in core technology. In his previous role as FOSS Community Coordinator at Creative Commons, Dhruv identified, organized, and triaged issues and reviewed PRs. He onboarded and mentored new open-source contributors, coordinated, nurtured, and grew the FOSS community, and maintained the open-source site and automation workflows. Dhruv also increased the reach and engagement of the official Twitter handle. Dhruv has also served as a FOSS Internship Mentor at Creative Commons, where he onboarded and guided applicants through the processes, reviewed, scored, and ranked proposals from candidates, and mentored in Google Season of Docs, Outreachy summer iteration, and Outreachy winter iteration. Dhruv's educational background and experience have equipped him with a diverse skill set, including software engineering, search, web development, Docker, AWS, UI, frontend development, RabbitMQ, Javascript, PHP, Elastic Search, microservices, integration, Python, and Django.
