Dhruv Dwivedi is a highly experienced and goal-oriented Director of Software Engineering with over 19 years of IT experience in deep global solution architecture. He is currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at HHAeXchange, where he is responsible for developing the overall capacity of on and offshore teams by identifying and remedying gaps in knowledge and abilities. Dhruv is a business and technical intelligence expert who applies his skills at the program and project level to solve complex, mission-critical issues and deliver operational improvements and end-user functionalities that reduce costs and increase revenue. He has a proven track record of success in developing and managing large-scale software projects and teams. Prior to his current role, Dhruv served as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Architect at amdocs, where he achieved promotion to architect and team lead of the Amdocs Bill Formatter team in Dallas. He played a critical role in the design and development of new business requirements, producing new bill formats for merged AT&T Mobility and SBC company now known as AT&T. Dhruv holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune. He is skilled in various technologies, including CI/CD, Docker, SQL, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Microservices, DevOps, ETL, infra, ReactJS, Java, and AngularJS. With a relevant experience of 22.71 years, Dhruv is a highly motivated and results-driven professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
