Dhruv Garg is a skilled software engineer with a passion for cloud computing, serverless, and computer networks. Currently working at JPMC, he is a part of the cloud engineering team where he leads the on-prem serverless platform. With hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Knative, and Golang, he has developed large-scale cloud platforms and is always eager to learn new technologies and explore new domains. At JPMC, Dhruv is responsible for building a platform for running serverless workloads on multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters at scale. He has implemented functionalities for custom CLI and control plane to provide abstraction on top of Knative and has worked on implementing Kubernetes controllers. He also has hands-on knowledge of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) in Kubernetes. Prior to his current role, Dhruv worked as a software engineer intern at JPMC where he gained experience working with CRDs, Knative resources like event sources, and configuring and managing Kubernetes resources via Kubernetes api-server using goclient library. He also worked on creating an adaptive e-learning platform for an NGO as part of the Intern for Good program. He was responsible for proposing and developing features to solve real-world problems faced by the organization with the help of machine learning. Dhruv holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar University, where he also completed a summer school program in Machine Learning. His tech stack includes software engineering, Kubernetes, Golang, ML, research scientist, deep learning, and Docker. With 2.19 years of relevant experience, Dhruv is a dedicated and skilled software engineer who is always looking to expand his knowledge and skills in the field of cloud computing.
