Dhruv Jain is an experienced Security Consultant with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). He is currently working as a Senior Tech Consultant at IBM within the Cyber Security domain to help clients achieve unparalleled security in the cyber space. With over 3 years of experience, Dhruv has primarily worked on SAP Customer Data Cloud/Gigya to develop CIAM scenarios such as SSO using SAML/OIDC Protocols, MFA, RBA, and integration with SAP Commerce and Salesforce systems. He also has a good understanding of Azure AD and has implemented Conditional Access Policies, SSO, and MFA. Prior to his current role, Dhruv worked as a Senior System Engineer at IBM and as an Advisory Associate Solution Advisor at Deloitte, where he assisted clients in achieving unprecedented security in the field of Cyber Space by designing, developing, and maintaining solutions for them. He has experience working with Ping Identity by introducing 2FA over Unix systems using PAM modules. Dhruv completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from JIIT in 2019. He is proficient in Integration, Salesforce, Azure, and has a thorough understanding of IAM, SAP CDC/Gigya, SSO, Open ID Connect, OAuth, SAML, Ping Identity, MFA, RBA, Access Policies, SSL, TLS, Security, and Networks.
