Dhruv Mishra is an experienced Senior NLP Engineer with a strong academic background in Computational Linguistics. He holds a Master's Degree in Computational Linguistics from the University of Stuttgart, where his master's thesis was on Adversarial training of end-to-end Speech Recognition. He has hands-on experience with popular Deep Learning frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, and Chainer, and has worked with a variety of models like Seq2Seq, Generative Adversarial Nets, and LSTM. Currently, Dhruv is working at Workllama as a Data Scientist, where he is involved in building an enterprise-grade chatbot platform to improve efficiency in managing HR talent communities. He is also working on an in-house job recommendation engine prototype. In his previous role at Level AI, Dhruv was involved in the end-to-end development of live AI Assist software for Contact Centre agents to improve their efficiency by providing knowledge base search and coaching/etiquette tips during phone calls. He also developed Deep Learning and unsupervised clustering-based Speaker Diarization models and deployed them in real-time streaming mode for customers in the finance domain. Dhruv's experience also includes developing Text to Speech voices (offline and online) for 6 Indian Languages, which had been deployed on over 10 million Android mobile phones in India. He managed the production voice servers and the android clients for offline models along with contributing to the model development.
