Dhruv Patel is an accomplished entrepreneur and a passionate leader with a strong commitment to innovation, integrity, and ethics. He is the MD, CEO, & Co-Founder of Seabalt Technologies Pvt Ltd, a software services and solutions provider to medium and large enterprises. Dhruv is also leading the development of a Smart Agriculture Systems product, which is currently under development. With experience in leading several teams in his institution and previous organizations, Dhruv has a sheer passion for leadership and developing leaders. He is trained in Design Thinking from Stanford University, California, and has further garnered experience in team building, design thinking, leading, and managing. As the Founder & CEO of Seabalt Technologies, Dhruv is responsible for the overall upfront of the organization. He believes that "Change is something you create through innovation which is already within you." Dhruv is known for spending time talking with employees over a cup of coffee, reading non-fiction books, reflecting on his day, taking a tour of his garden, or shooting videos on entrepreneurship for his Udemy courses on weekends. Dhruv holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. He has worked as a Junior Software Engineer and Junior Software Engineer Trainee at In Time Tec before founding Seabalt Technologies. With his relevant experience of 2.44 years as a Software Engineer, Dhruv has a strong tech stack. He is a student for life and always keen to learn new things.
