Dhruv Rajkotia is a seasoned Senior Conversation Bot Engineer with a passion for Python and conversation AI. With almost 5 years of experience in the computer software industry, he has worked on Chatbot Development and has hands-on experience with NLP technologies and tools such as Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Wit.ai, Rasa, Spacy, StandfordNERTagger, and NLTK. Dhruv has a strong domain knowledge of Mysql, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMq, and SocketIO. He is currently working at Quantiphi as a Senior Conversation Bot Engineer, where he is responsible for developing highly scalable and robust solutions for business problems. In his previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at Maruti Techlabs Pvt. Ltd., Dhruv led a software development team in collaboration with management, Quality Assurance, and frontend team. He successfully migrated Monolithic architecture to Micro-Service architecture and was responsible for debugging the project monitored on JIRA (Agile). He also has hands-on experience in building and integrating Rest-APIs, improving performance-related issues in the product, and real-time communication using socket programming. Dhruv has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from L.D. College of Engineering and completed his high school education in Science from A.G. High School. He is well-versed in a wide range of technologies, including AI, Python, NLP, Redis, RabbitMQ, MySQL, Elastic Search, Big Data, Normalization, QA, Microservices, Search, Flask, and Frontend.
