Dhruv Sharma is a final year Computer Science undergraduate student at Chandigarh University, India, with a clear set of goals and mindset, which he believes is very important for being successful in today's world. He is a Software Developer that teaches machines "How to learn from mistakes" and a Mobile/Web Developer. Currently, he is working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and gaining practical experience based on real-world problems. He has chosen this area because, in his opinion, Machine Learning is all about experimenting with new ideas and will add a new dimension to computing. His interests include Software Development (Web/Mobile), Computer Vision, NLP, Explainable AI, Data Science, and UI/UX. He has a GPA of 8.46/10.0 and an IELTS score of 7.5 (Overall). Currently, Dhruv is working as a Campus Editor at LinkedIn, where he was selected as one of 600 students worldwide to join the year-long editor cohort to create productive and engaging content on LinkedIn. He helps his peers in improving LinkedIn profiles and takes sessions in campus settings targeting the potential of LinkedIn in job/internship hunting. Dhruv has previously worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Career Launcher, where he analyzed financial records of more than 75 companies listed on the Indian stock market. He has also worked as an Intern at Wishfie, where he improved the overall growth of the platform by 20% and helped in making the platform more user-friendly and engaging. Dhruv has completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Computer Science and Engineering Specialization IBM - Information Security from Chandigarh University and a Deep Learning Nanodegree Program from Udacity.
