Prior to joining Savaj Foundation, Dhruva gained valuable experience as a student volunteer at Sutra Foundation, where he conducted multiple case studies and collected data from over 100 schools across the district. Along with a team of 17 other students, Dhruva analyzed the data and presented a report highlighting the importance of education and the use of technology in schools, which impacted the lives of over 5000 people. As a software developer at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Dhruva created a portal called "E Pantry" that helps users keep track of the ingredients they have on hand and their expiry dates. The portal also calculates the calorie intake automatically from the used ingredients and reminds the user to update or remove items when required, thus preventing food wastage. Dhruva is a graduate of Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. He is also a winner of a ticket to Google I/O '20, having participated in the Google Codejam to I/O for Women 2020 event.
