Dhruvit Jhaveri is a pre-final year undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, K.K. Birla Goa Campus, with a Minor in Finance. He has a keen interest in interdisciplinary projects that involve Data Science and Machine Learning in the financial world, such as Behavioural Finance and Market Prediction. Dhruvit enjoys taking up leadership positions and is currently the Head of Sponsorship and PR at Google Developer Student Club (GDSC), BITS Goa, and Chief Coordinator at Gurjari. He is responsible for the coordination of end-to-end logistics with more than 15 stakeholders for events with 500+ participants. Dhruvit is also an avid reader and likes to socialize and talk to people to understand different perspectives on various things in life and to get exposure to their experiences. In the past, Dhruvit has worked as a Summer Intern at Electrono Solutions, where he developed an algorithm for a client that can identify and predict specific faults in bearings from their vibrational data much before their breakdown. He has also gained exposure to fast-growing Industry 4.0 and the application of Machine Learning and various other computer systems in this field. Dhruvit has also served as a Marketing Manager at the Department of Sponsorship and Marketing, BITS Pilani - Goa Campus. He has been trained in and managed the sponsor-gathering process for all three international-level college fests and company branding through hands-on learning. Dhruvit has a strong technical background in ML and Data Science and has relevant experience of 0.27 years. He is currently looking forward to his upcoming Summer Internship at Cred, where he aims to gain more knowledge and experience in the field of Finance.
