Dhvanil Parikh is an Application Engineer at Oracle India, with a passion for exploring distributed systems. With over 3 years of relevant experience, Dhvanil has worked on a variety of projects across different fields, which can be found on his Github. At Oracle, Dhvanil has been involved in the integration of Microsoft Teams and Slack in Oracle Fusion CX-Service using ADF (J2EE) under a Scrum environment. This has helped service agents collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve customer questions and issues faster. He has also developed a conversation CCA, enhancing the application’s user accessibility for next-gen UI using VBCS, mainly consuming Oracle JET UI components. Prior to joining Oracle, Dhvanil worked as an intern at Samsung and Lightmetrics. At Samsung, he reduced the manual checking done by the NMS (Network Management System) team members for High Availability of LSM and eliminated a single point of failure. He also wrote a python package that monitors services inside LSM, after trying to restart the service thrice, the service switches the server using Linux Virtual IP address. At Lightmetrics, he worked on live-streaming of video from Android platform to Wowza Streaming Engine and displaying the video on a browser. He also implemented a Linux API for transmitting data over to Couch and Amazon back-end from proprietary Linux hardware. Dhvanil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, which he completed in 2020. He also holds a Higher Secondary School degree in Science from Sri Chaitanya College of Education, which he completed in 2016, and a School degree in Science from Air Force School ASTE, which he completed in 2002. Dhvanil's tech stack includes UI, Integration, Python, Mobile, Kubernetes, Docker, MySQL, Microservices, Backend, Java, Android, and Django.
