Dhwani Vora is a passionate Software Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the industry. She is currently working at Amazon Halo, where she is responsible for creating security solutions to protect customer data. Her expertise lies in full-stack development using Angular and Scala, with additional experience in Java and Python. Dhwani has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah, which she obtained in May 2019. Dhwani is a team player with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time. She is a problem solver at heart, with a strong passion for coding. Her research experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing is reflected in her two published papers and one patent pending. In her current role as a Project Trainee at Tata, Dhwani has designed a customized intelligent search system for material science publications as a web application in Java. She has also developed an indexing system to store chemical composition value relationships and related metadata in every document using Lucene. Additionally, Dhwani has performed relationship extraction on parsable XML format of table obtained using TableSeer to match the cell containing value with the correct row/column header containing element name. Dhwani's past experience at Tata includes working as a Researcher, where she adapted the unsupervised learning technique of Fault Tolerant Learning using sci-kit learn in Python. She has also designed a system of unit conversion in Java using recursive dimensional analysis to improve recall of the retrieval system. Dhwani's Tech Stack includes Software Engineering, SQL, NLP, Python, ML, Research Scientist, ETL, Scala, Java, and AngularJS.
