Dibyajyoti Behera is a passionate technocrat with over 12 years of experience in building software systems and teams that deliver results. As a Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks, he leads a team of highly motivated developers for a key US retail client, building highly scalable and reactive software systems using Spring Boot (Webflux), PCF, and Reactjs. Prior to his current role, Dibyajyoti worked as a Project Lead at Oracle, where he designed and developed key features and enhancements for Oracle Sales Cloud, a key product in Oracle CX suite, using Oracle ADF Framework. He also presented new enhancements/features to key stakeholders in the organization and analyzed and triaged performance/stability issues for SAAS products. Dibyajyoti's academic project at Techmantu Digital involved customer profiling and segmentation (RFM Model) based on purchase behavior data using analytical techniques like clustering and regression in R. Dibyajyoti holds a Master's Degree in Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela (NIT Rourkela). He also attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, where he studied engineering for two years.
