Diganta Paladhi is a highly skilled Director of Releases and Program Manager with over 18 years of experience in the field. Currently working as the Founding Engineer for a stealth mode startup company, Diganta is responsible for leading the development and release of new products and programs. Prior to this, Diganta worked as a Senior Software Developer at Google, where he was responsible for developing the monitoring platform for GCVE (Google Cloud VMware Engine). He also worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at CloudSimple, where he played a key role in deploying the ci-cd platform and defining the team's workflow management. Diganta holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. He also completed his Higher Secondary education in Science from Khukurdaha I C M M High School and his Secondary education from Panchberia Ramchandra Smriti Shiksha Mandir. With a passion for learning new technologies and a love for challenging work, Diganta is a hardworking and flexible individual who believes in the power of teamwork. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys playing soccer, lawn tennis, table tennis, and badminton in his free time. Diganta's technical expertise includes software engineering, SDET, test automation, Azure, and infrastructure deployment automation.
