Digma Patel is an ambitious Information and Technology enthusiast with over 4 years of experience in software testing and technical support. She possesses excellent communication skills that allow her to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels in the organization. Digma has a mature and responsible approach to any task that she undertakes and is always looking for opportunities to enhance her skills and learn new desirable skills from the people around her. Currently, Digma works as an Executive- Quality Informatics at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, where she has exposure with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and is responsible for preparing test cases and scripts for manual testing of applications, analyzing and gathering requirements for better business enhancement, troubleshooting for better performance in software, and writing complex queries followed by business process flow for providing required data to higher management. Prior to her current role, Digma worked as a Trainee Quality Informatics at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, where she was trained with data migration among different validated servers, had exposure with Labware (LIMS) software used in the pharma industry for lab equipment management, and wrote SQL queries for different requirements using Microsoft SQL database. She also worked as a Quality Assurance Tester - Intern at Rishabh Software, where she enrolled in their Rise-2018 training program and was taught technical as well as non-technical skills (soft skills) and got hands-on experience of manual testing with existing projects. Digma holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information and Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. She also completed her primary, secondary, and higher secondary education from Reliance School (English Medium) No.2. Digma's tech stack includes test, SQL, and QA. She is always looking for opportunities to use her experiences and skills to make the most of her capabilities and learn new desirable skills from the people around her.
