Diksha Rangnani is a seasoned Product Manager with over 9 years of experience in the fintech, digital payments, loyalty, and airline industries. She firmly believes that a curious mind and a passion for simplifying people's lives are all it takes to become a successful product manager. Diksha has worked on all phases of a project, from coding for a product to strategizing its development. She is currently the Group Product Manager for Payments at Paytm, where she is responsible for building an omni-channel payment solution. Prior to joining Paytm, Diksha worked at Tata, where she built the loyalty program for Tata CLiQ and enhanced the TATA CLiQ cash wallet program. She also served as the Product Lead for Payments and Innovation at Intermiles, where she launched a financial service platform called InterPay. This neo-banking platform offers a multi-currency prepaid card, credit, debit, and UPI products. Additionally, the platform provides a payment platform for InterMiles merchants, including bill payment, Dineout, flights, and hotels. All of this is complemented by a loyalty program that offers travel and lifestyle benefits to customers. Diksha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Poornima University, where she graduated in 2013. She also completed her high school education at St. Edmund's School. Diksha's tech stack includes product management, search, and mobile technologies. She is a well-rounded product manager with expertise in all aspects of product development, from ideation to launch.
