Diksha Sinha is an experienced Big Data Engineer with a passion for creating innovative solutions that leverage the latest technologies. With a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, Diksha has gained extensive experience in creating big data applications using sqoop, spark jobs on scala framework, hive, hbase, and mapreduce. She is also skilled in Extract Transform Load (ETL), database, data warehousing concept, and data analytics, along with knowledge of Java, shell scripting, and SQL. Currently, Diksha is working as a Staff Data Engineer at Visa, where she is building the next-generation solution for maintaining data quality and proactive detection of anomalies. This product is being built from a Poc stage and using AWS Deequ framework, scala, spark, SQL, distributed file systems, and multiple 3rd party integration. Diksha is always open to discussing new ideas and welcomes anyone interested in collaborating with her. Prior to joining Visa, Diksha worked as a Big Data Engineer at Apple, where she focused on setting up data pipelines on the big data ecosystem, dealing with high volume of data, storage, cleaning transformation, and profiling for analytics involving various tech stacks. She also worked as a Data Engineer at UnitedHealth Group, where she gained hands-on experience on shell scripting and had a good knowledge of SQL queries. Diksha has also gained experience in various databases like Netezza, Oracle db, and Cassandra. Diksha's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur and a degree in 12th from Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City.
