Diksha Tikyani is a highly motivated and passionate Human Resource Recruiter with over one year of experience in HR processes. She strongly believes that employees are the engine of businesses and it's vital that they create cultures in which they can thrive. As a human resources professional, she knows how important her role is in regards to business success. Diksha has gained a breadth of experience during the course of her career. She completed her training at Deqode as a Recruitment Executive Trainee and worked as an HR manager at Housofai Technology Pvt Ltd for half a year. These experiences enabled her to obtain a knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations. Currently, Diksha is employed as an HR executive at Webvillee Technology Pvt Ltd. She manages the onboarding of new employees and supports the overall management of the HR function. She also serves as a point of contact for advice on policies and procedures. Diksha is passionate about talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and employment contract management coaching. She is a Software Engineer and has pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Travel and Tourism from IIPS, DAVV, Indore (MP) and is expected to complete it in January 2022. Diksha is actively hiring for MEAN Developer, MERN Developer, Storyboard Artist, Illustrator Artist, Motion Graphic Artist, and BDE. She is always eager to learn and grow in her field of work.
