Dileep Bhadauria is a seasoned Android developer with almost 12 years of experience designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and supporting full applications developed in diverse, collaborative environments for mobile devices on the Android platform. He is currently an Engineering Manager at Paytm, where he is part of the core team working on app stability and performance, fixing stability issues in areas like crashes, ANR, strict mode violations, memory leaks, and security issues. Dileep is also responsible for leading a team and overseeing product development, as well as collaborating with design and backend teams. He has a good understanding of data security and has implemented new architecture for secured shared preferences and minimized I/O to avoid ANRs.
