Before joining GoScale, Dileep worked at Xenovus as a Software Developer where he was part of the core team responsible for developing Backflipt, a popular file-sharing application. He also developed an infinite scroll library that improved the loading time of chat rooms significantly, and a core-file sharing application that abstracts over multiple platforms like Dropbox, Drive, etc. which is widely used across various applications. Dileep was responsible for designing processes around code quality, addressing user issues, and supporting core products at Xenovus. Dileep also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the International Institute of Information Technology, where he helped students in their academic pursuits. Dileep holds a Master’s degree by research in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology.
