Dileepraj Perugu is a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft R&D India, where he is currently involved in the development of MSCRM and Unified Service Desk (USD) products. With over 14 years of relevant experience, Dileepraj has played a major role in re-architecting the USD from scratch to version 2.0 and was involved in developing key components like multi-process browser control. He has also overseen the end-to-end feature design, development, and delivery of the USD. Dileepraj has designed and developed a Visual Studio 2012 Addin for inspecting web applications and generating metadata to identify on-screen HTML objects for automation. He has also upgraded a custom web browser control to support IE 10 and IE 11 and fixed memory leaks within the same control. Dileepraj has managed development activities for the reference implementation scenario of CCA R3 as part of MSCRM 2013 UR1 with a team of five. He has also worked on a feature in the UII framework to host a Java-based web application and standalone application on the CCA platform using Java access bridge 2.0.2. In the past, Dileepraj has worked with Talentica as a Software Development Engineer I, where he worked with the client "Call Assistants" on a patented product targeting call center businesses. He has also worked with TCS as an Associate Systems Engineer, where he was involved in Sass application development for Hewlett Packard (USA). Dileepraj holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology and completed his intermediate studies at Vignan Junior College. His tech stack includes skills in senior software engineering, web development, Java, UI, mobile, and Android.
