Dilipraj Yuvaraj is an experienced project manager with a background in both technical and project management. He has a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and is a certified Scrum Master. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Dilipraj has worked with offshore clients as a business analyst and customer relationship manager, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Currently working as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at SpringRole Inc., Dilipraj acts as a custodian for the Agile process and ensures that all scrum processes are applied. He is a key facilitator for the offshore delivery team in professional services and coordinates between other internal teams within the organization. In the past, Dilipraj has worked as a Program Manager at Great Learning, where he was the first point of contact for learners and also developed content for Full Stack Program. He has also worked as a Technical Project Manager and Senior Developer at SanderMap Switzerland, where he held a team and interacted with clients as a Customer Support Manager.
