Dilpreet Sachdev is a highly experienced technology leader with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he is working as the VP of Engineering at skit.ai, where he is leading the development of the next generation search platform. Dilpreet has a proven track record of building high-performance teams from scratch and managing managers to deliver successful products. Prior to his current role, Dilpreet worked at Google as an Engineering Lead, where he managed multiple teams to build the next generation search infrastructure. Before that, he was a Software Development Manager at Amazon, where he led multiple teams with over 40 members to enhance the payment experience for Amazon checkout in the JP market. He enabled new payment methods and credit products to improve the customer experience. Dilpreet also has experience working at Natwest as a VP-Development Manager. He has a strong educational background, with a degree in Computer Science from National Center for Software Technology and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He also completed his schooling in Science from GHPS. Dilpreet's technical skills include AI, senior software engineering, search, infrastructure, and software engineering.
