Dima Skibin is an experienced Java Backend Developer with a passion for automation and acceleration of client problem requests. Dima's biggest and longest project involved the development of backend server functionality to automate and accelerate the processing of client problem requests. He collaborated with an AI team to transcript client problem text and integrate new functionality to the call-center with the frontend team. The software was implemented with the microservice architecture using Java 11, Spring Boot, Maven, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL database for storing data and making complex queries with multiple joins. Dima also set up the communication between multiple microservices via REST APIs and Apache Kafka message broker. His biggest achievement was implementing and setting up the Camunda BPM service to their ecosystem by himself. Dima is a team player and has peer-reviewed his coworkers' work. He has covered all functionality with integration and JUnit tests using Mockito and JUnit4. He also has a basic knowledge of Linux systems and Docker. In addition, he has a basic understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, React, and npm. Dima's team works by Agile methodology.
