Dima Рugachеvich is an experienced Director of Software Engineering with over 20 years of relevant experience. He currently holds this position at LinkedIn, where he leads the InfraDev team responsible for data center and cloud infrastructure automation. His team is geographically spread between the United States and Bangalore, with each team responsible for specific aspects of the infrastructure. Dima's team in Bangalore is responsible for building and maintaining tools for network monitoring, flow collection, incident management, and power observability. Meanwhile, the team in the US is responsible for managing Network ACL, DNS, IP, power, and physical asset management of all production infrastructure deployed at LinkedIn's data centers.
