Dimitrios Bougioukas is a multifaceted technical IT Security Director with over 11 years of experience in training and guiding IT Security teams of Fortune 100/500 companies, major telecom, financial, tech, big four, critical infrastructure companies, military, government, and secret agencies worldwide. He is currently serving as the Director of IT Security Training Services at Hack The Box, where he constantly analyzes the threat landscape and interprets market and data analytics to devise training strategies and roadmaps, from Go To Market to the syllabus level. Dimitrios has developed and directed class-leading courses and certifications through the eLearnSecurity training/certification body, including eCPTX, eWPTX, eWPT, eMAPT, eCIR, and eCTHP, which are included in major intelligence-led penetration testing, red-teaming, and attack simulation frameworks worldwide. These certifications are endorsed by high-caliber organizations and government, military, and secret agencies worldwide and included in their job postings. As an informal expert on Incident Response technical training at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), Dimitrios strives to reinforce Member States (MS) CSIRTs skills and capacities to help them manage cybersecurity events efficiently. He provides technical trainings aimed at CSIRT and/or incident handling and response (IR) staff, develops technical trainings, and orchestrates software tools aimed at CSIRT or IR teams. Dimitrios holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Athens University of Economics and Business. His current subjects of interest include (Azure) Active Directory Security, Black/Covert Ops, Cyber Program Management & Transformation, Incident Response, SOAR, SOC 3.0, Tactical Analytics, and Threat Hunting, among others. He has expertise in test, infra, Azure, mobile, and web tech stacks.
