Dinesh Arokiaraj is a highly motivated and self-starter Lead Cloud Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the Banking and Finance Industry. He is currently serving as the VP-Lead Cloud Engineer at Barclays Global Service Center in Pune, where he leads a private cloud software engineering team to manage growth and enhance engineering excellence. Dinesh is an expert in private cloud engineering design, implementation, and lifecycle management in DMZ and Non-DMZ environments, with a particular focus on container-based cloud-native platform architectures running on Openshift and Kubernetes. Dinesh's technical expertise includes RHEL 5/6/7, Openshift v4, Openshift v3, Openshift v2, Kubernetes, Container Native Storage, Serverless, ServiceMesh, BASH/SHELL, Python, Golang, GIT, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, IBM MQ, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Jenkins, Haproxy, Nginx, F5, and Chef. Prior to his current role, Dinesh served as AVP-Senior Cloud Engineer at Barclays Global Service Center in Pune, where he led a team of seasoned engineers that provided day-to-day 24x7 support of Openshift-based PaaS cloud platform. He built and configured Openshift PaaS cloud Platform for Dev, NonProd, and Prod environments.
