Dinesh Goud is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic and challenging work environment. As a Talent Advisor at Calyx, he is responsible for hiring engineers and ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. Dinesh has worked with some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including Microsoft and Amazon. During his time at Microsoft, he executed a differentiated sourcing strategy for the C + AI hiring group across India. He identified candidates using various methods, including LinkedIn, Github, X-Ray search, job boards, networking, and internal ATS. Dinesh collaborated with internal stakeholders to improve processes, manage change, and plan strategically. He hired for a range of technology roles, including Backend, Fullstack, Frontend, Mobile (iOS & Android), and more. He also conducted research-based competitive landscaping, built talent maps, and provided market and staffing intelligence. Dinesh creatively interacted with candidates, crafted innovative outreaches, and developed sourcing strategies. At Amazon, Dinesh worked in partnership with EMEA TA Operations to identify future Amazonians for opportunities across APAC, UK, EU, and MENA. He leveraged his skills in talent acquisition to ensure that the company attracted the best candidates possible. Dinesh has a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Osmania University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from St. Mary's Centenary Degree College.
