He is currently working at Amadeus Labs as a Software Development Engineer III, where he is responsible for developing innovative solutions for the airline industry. Dinesh has worked with various teams to develop a process/tool to define, capture, and prioritize potential innovation and technology evaluation opportunities. He has a proven track record of performing research and hands-on investigation, prototyping solutions, and documenting results for internal/external stakeholders. Dinesh has industry experience in healthcare, product, airline, insurance, and investing. He has worked with AXA as a Process Lead, where he successfully developed a chatbot platform that was further used to integrate with various internal teams as a part of automation using Azure platform. He has also used OCR Solution to automate processes that require document processing on unstructured/structured/semi-structured data. Prior to joining Amadeus Labs, Dinesh worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at GainInsights Solutions, where he worked with the team of data engineers and data scientists to design/develop and deliver data science platform as a product. He designed and integrated various ML algorithms to the products and used visualization using various open-source libraries. Dinesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University, Patiala. He has a diverse tech stack, including Software Engineer, Research Scientist, Data Scientist, ML, NLP, Azure, and AI. Dinesh has relevant experience of 8.20 years in the industry.
